Welcome to Our Sacred Hearts- Jessica & Brett- a unified spiritual team. We offer weekly Breath work and Acupuncture ceremonies located on the South West coast of Vancouver Island and yearly retreats both locally and abroad. Our mission is to support our growing community to heal and live their most authentic path while embodying the values of truth, integrity, respect, love and compassion. Founded by two soul sisters, who have come together with a shared passion for creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing container for individuals to transform their lives.
