Who we are
Our collective story
Everything is truly written in the stars. Our paths aligned one fall day in 2019. One may say, a fated meeting on one of our most beloved local beaches that sparked a soul remembrance in each of us. Sharing the same birth year, both single mothers of charismatic girls who are also the same age, both walking our healing paths and both inspired by supporting others on their journey's to vibrant health. Since that day, our soul sister bond is continuously strengthened as we inspire, create and grow individually and together. Our collective passion for serving our community and humanity in sacredness allows our gifts to continue to transform and touch the souls of many in the most unique ways.

As single momma's, raising consciously aware little woman, we are honored to be able to live our passion and purpose while being role models for our beautiful daughters.
Jessica Bennett
Jessica grew up in Northern BC, amongst the mountains and rivers. Her childhood was one of adventure and exploration in Mother Nature. This immersion with the elements cultivated a deep reverence and respect for the Earth and all beings.

In 2011, Jessica followed a nudge within her being, sold all her belongings and headed to Vancouver Island. Once Jessica landed here, the magic of Vancouver Island captivated her heart and soul. She has called the west coast of Vancouver Island home for the last 13 years.

The island has transformed Jessica, and during her time here so far, she has become a mother, Intuitive Soul Guide, Healer, Teacher and Ceremony Keeper.
Her passion and purpose is being in service to all of humanity. Supporting others in removing barriers, conditions and beliefs that stop one from living in their truth and power. Assisting them in returning home within the body and thriving in life.

Jessica offers this support by weaving multidimensional healing journeys for individuals and groups. Blending modalities such as conscious breathwork, sound healing, thai massage, somatic bodywork, and reiki to cultivate a unique and deeply healing journey.
Brett Beckett R.Ac
Brett is a registered Acupuncturist in British Columbia and an intuitive healing practitioner. Her healing practice is inspired by the profound capabilities we all hold with in us. We are designed to repair, heal and evolve through the innate wisdom of nature. By utilizing this sense of “oneness” with nature, she facilitates unique healing experiences through gentle touch, sound, vibrations, Acupuncture, Fire cupping, craniosacral therapy, somatoEmotional release techniques moxabustion, flower essences, essential oils, tuina/wellness massage and visualization to support the body in it’s awe inspiring process to recalibrate and find harmony both physically, emotionally and spiritually. When we give our bodies the right tools, we can witness magic unfold as nature embarks on its ever expanding journey to thrive.
I little about Brett. As a West coast island woman born and raised she has always had a deep connection with the forest and coastal magic. She loves to travel, dance, do yoga, eat vibrant and colorful food from the earth and be with her beautiful, creative and fun, loving daughter. She is part hawaiian and together we share a deep love for the pacific islands. Both Hawaii and Vancouver island where their souls seem to thrive.
Our most potent medicine resides in our hearts and in the natural world around us. So that is where you'll often find us. Filling our hearts with all the wonders Mother Earth has to offer. Traveling to new places, soaking up the sun, playing in the ocean/ river, in the forest or diving into education that fills the heart, soul and mind.
